Job Shadow

To bring students the opportunity to know the real professional world. By shadowing employees, students will understand the world of work within the company and the career steps needed to become a professional in a specific area. 

Learning Outcomes: 

Team work, connection between jobs and professional careers, analysis of the requirements and opportunities that offers a professional specific area 

Aims: 

To provide young people the opportunity to know the labor reality, as well as the skills that they will have to develop to achieve their dreamed profession.

Commitment of the volunteer: 

The volunteers will dedicate a labor day with a group of students. The mentoring activity can be shared with a few colleagues.
